Advocates will watch the following eleven videos and read one article between September 1 and October 15th 2020. You will receive 7 hours of continuing education for completing the training. After watching each video, you will write 1 paragraph in your Optima training log about what you learned (EXCEPTION: You do not need to write a paragraph about the welcome video, the staff video, the Gala video, or “The Look” video.) When you complete the videos, you will receive your new 2020 CASA t-shirt. This training is MANDATORY.
