HannBuilders, multi-award winning custom home builder is hosting a charity event to benefit CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County with a captivating showcase home tour.
Looking to build, renovate or design? Find ideas and inspiration during this self-guided tour.
Perfectly poised to exploit zen-like lake views, this modern family home is a convergence of Frank Lloyd Wright’s signature Western architectural notes and 21st-century luxury. A dramatic interplay of a variety of stone, metal and glass, the L-shaped, 2-story, 4,300-square-foot structure proudly takes its place at water’s edge in the lush and beautiful country club setting of Bentwater on Lake Conroe. This beauty features the newest construction techniques, latest products, high-quality furnishings and fixtures from some of the area’s top designers and suppliers.

IMPORTANT EVENT REQUIREMENTS & INFO:
Requirements for Entrance & Paking at the event? If you are NOT a Bentwater resident, you will need to get through the gate by registering your name with your ticket purchase and providing that name to the guard at the gate to match ticket registration. TEXT 936-648-8444 with ticket holder name and should you have an issue.
Parking: There will be signs leading to the street – Logansport. You can park along the Logansport, or (if full) you can park along the previous street parallel to Logansport which is Creekwood Dr. There is a park like setting with a bridge on Creekwood that leads to the back and side yard of the showcase home.
What are the general guidelines for the tour? No food or drinks will be allowed in the showcase home. Please leave strollers or anything with wheels parked outside at the driveway of the showcase home. Please look & take pictures, but we ask that you do not touch decor items.
How do I get answers to questions regarding any of the construction, design or products used in the Showcase Home?There will be a QR code available at the event, so be sure and download a free QR Reader app and/or take a photo of the QR code for later reference. This will take you to a site that provides these resources.
