De-escalation Training for Advocates
We will be offering some de-escalation training in March in collaboration with the Dispute Resolution Center. We will learn to manage disputes from the experts. Training dates are Thursday, March 22nd from 9-11 am, Monday, March 26 from 11 am-1 pm and Wednesday, March 28th from 9-11 am.
