Optima Training for Advocates

We have scheduled additional training opportunities to learn about CASA’s new database. Once you complete this training, your time and mileage report will go away!

We have a new database called Optima. The supervisors have been using this database for a few months, and now it is time to introduce our database to you.  The really exciting benefit of using Optima is that once you have completed the Optima training, you will no longer need to prepare and turn in your monthly time and mileage reports. You are going to like this new system.

We have four more trainings scheduled. You only need to attend one of the sessions. Please pick a session and RSVP to Nancy Dunworth by emailing her at nancy@casaspeaks4kids.com. SPACE IS LIMITED to 23 people per session. After reserving your session, you will receive a confirmation email from Nancy with the all the pertinent details.
