Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor for the 2021 CASA Superhero Run and Fall Festival! You’re helping to bring our community together, sharing your special talents with others, all while supporting children in foster care in Montgomery County.
We look forward to having you as a vendor at our vendor fair! Space is limited and vendor selection is on a first come, first served basis. If another vendor has already been selected within your category, your application MAY be denied.
Please be sure and read the “Policies and Procedures” as well as information pertaining to vendor fees and permitting prior to applying.
VENDOR General Information and FEES:
- $100 per booth space (10ft x 10ft area) – Upon confirmation as a vendor, you will be contacted with payment options.
- Vendors will provide their own tables, chairs, change, and bags.
- The vendor area will be located under a large, covered pavilion. Tents/Canopies ARE NOT NEEDED OR REQUIRED!
- Event set-up will be on Saturday morning from 7:30 am-8:30 am. All booths must be set up by 8:30 am.
