You will find a PDF below with step-by-step instructions to customize your unique signature and also how to set up your new signature in Outlook. Email signature on your phone
If you have your CASA email set up on your phone, please also take a few minutes to change your outgoing email signature on your phone (update from the auto response “sent from my iPhone” or whatever it says.) Your email signature on your phone should be an all-text replica of the Hubspot-generated one.
