Advocate In-Service
Our next in-service will be on Thursday, July 10 from 11am to 1pm. Our guest speaker will be Elaine Roberts, Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Center. She will be showing a wonderful film entitled “From Chaos to Calm” which discusses causes of conflict, how to avoid escalation of conflict and effective communication which will be very helpful in dealing with difficult people. Ms. Roberts will then discuss how mediation addresses conflict. Location is TBD.
