The Gala Committee for the 2020 CASA Speaks for Kids Gala is now forming! If you are interesting in joining this amazing group of volunteers, please contact 2020 Gala Chair, Lindsay Miller.
Gala Committee Commitment:
We meet once a month on a weekday evening for anywhere from 1-2 hours to discuss ideas & plans for the Gala. We ask that the Committee members commit to attending the meetings whenever possible, and that they sign up to be a part of a specific Committee that will have tasks assigned to them throughout the 6 month planning process. A few examples of Committees we will have are: Decor, Logistics, Auction, Volunteer Coordinating, etc. For the Gala itself, we ask Committee Members to help some with set-up the day before & the morning of the event, if they are able, and that they attend the event either as a guest or a volunteer. We encourage Committee members to help procure auction items & experiences if they have connections to do so, and also encourage them to help with selling tickets and/or tables. The Gala Committee is a great group of people with all different skills & talents and we have a lot of fun working together to create & execute an exciting & successful Gala.
